Greetings

I must quote the eligibility criteria for NEET UG 2018 ( as the criteria for 2019 will be announced during that year) 

"The minimum qualification for appearing in NEET-UG, 2018 for candidates of Foreign Nationals are same as for Indians.

Further that the students educated abroad seeking admission into medical colleges in India must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English up to the 12th standard level with 50% marks and their equivalency determined as per regulations of the Medical Council of India and the concerned University."

As far as biology is the concern it should have both zoology and botany OR your son must have biotechnology.

The fees for NRI's varies from college to college but they are generally 4 to 5 times the fees for native Indians.
