Hello Jailani,

As such you can not do MBBS after doing Bachelor of Ayurveda, medicine and surgery. MBBS is a UG degree, and if you have done BAMS, then you already have one. For doing MBBS now, you will have to appear for NEET again, and again devote 5 years for MBBS, like a 12th pass-out. Instead I would recommend you to go for MS in Ayurveda, MD or some similar PG degree.

NEET eligibility criteria states that you should be atleast 17 years by December 31st of the year of admission and based on your Category, you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for GeneraL Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you fulfil this criteria, as there is no upper age limit and there is no cap on no.of attempts at NEET, you can appear for NEET 2020.

NEET 2020 ELIGIBILITY:

• Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and Foreign Nationals
• No upper age limit as of now. The Candidate should be at least 17 years by December 31st of 2020
• You should have completed your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your Core Subjects.
• 50% Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST Candidates.
• NIOS and Private Candidates are also eligible
