You have scored extreme low marks in the entrance exam.with this much marks it becomes very difficult (almost negligible ) to get admission in any medical or dental college in india.
I would suggest, do not lose hope and prepare again for the entrance exam.prepare  well and come up with a good rank.stay focused and see the magic.
