Well. it will be hard to predict how much you will get based on your mock tests score because nobody knows what the difficulty level of JEE paper would be. However you can enhance you performance by analyzing the tests your giving. A test is of no use if you will not analyze it. Pen down the topics where you are making mistakes and work on them. Try to minimize the negative marking by not over committing to any question. Just by following these steps you can easily enhance your chance to get good marks.

You need to take care of your negative marking on the jee mains day. Don't take it casually there. Now if you get around 90-100 marks in your mock tests then you can expect a similar score in jee mains or even a bit higher like 100-110 if you perform the same on that day. Mock tests are usually designed of the same level as the real examination. In fact some times they are kept a bit tough so that the students may push their limits abd do not take the exam lightly. So you can expect a little higher or a similar score in jee mains. The rest depends on your performance on that day and the efforts you will make to score higher.
