Hy abhishek,
Yes you can give cat 2018 and you are absolutely eligible for writing cat 2018.

Eligibility Criteria

Students must have a bachelors degree in any stream from any recognized college or university and must have secured minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC, ST and PwD candidates).
Candidates who have completed the degree requirements and waiting for the result or who are appearing in the final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply.
CA/CS/ICWA professional degree holders are also eligible to apply.

Yes you are eligible for CAT 2018. Just make sure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria or your hopes of taking the CAT and making it to one of the IIMs will be dashed. For General category students, IIMs demand minimum 50% aggregate and for SC/ST category students they demand 45% aggregate.

Yes you can appear for CAT 2018 if you are fulfilling the criteria. The eligibility criteria is: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with at least 50 % marks or equivalent GPA (45 % in case of SC, ST, PWD candidates). Final year undergraduate students also eligible.
