Hi Aspirant. You need to learn the NCERT books line by line. You can also study from the text books of ALLEN and AAKASH. You need to focus more on physics as most of the aspirants get very less marks in physics which reduce their total percentile. Along with JIPMER, you can also take NEET and AIIMS exam. All the best!!
