    Dear Prathmesh, JEE Main and JEE Advanced are the biggest entrance exams in India conducted on national level for engineering admissions. JEE Main is held for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs. It is also the first stage exam for taking JEE Advanced for admissions into IITs. However, apart from these 2 exams, VITEEE, SRMJEEE, MU OET, BITSAT and AEEE are some of the most soght-after engineering entrance tests conducted for admissions to private universities/institutions. Besides these, most of the states also conduct their own entrance tests or engineering admissions. MHT CET, UPSEE, WBJEE, TS EAMCET, AP EAMCET, KCET, KEAM, etc to name a few state level entrance tests. However, these state level entrance tests are majorly for candidates belonging to the respective state, as state government institutes majorly offer admissions to only to students of their domicile.
