Hello Aspirant! If you've registered with your wrong email address then you should have rectified it then itself or when NTA starts the correction window. Now, you can't register with another email address until and unless you want a fresh that is new candidate registration. All the attempts given before would be lost and you'll be registered as a new candidate. So if you want a fresh new candidate registration, you can register with a new email id but if you want to appear in another attempt in the same year then you can't. Hope this helps.
