Hello Mohan. If you are targetting a top MBA college in Canada, you need to clear the GMAT exam. However, there are also good colleges available, which offers MBA admission without the GMAT. However, for those colleges, you will need to have a good IELTS score, because they would check your language proficiency.

With 10 years of work experience, and a decent IELTS score, you can make it to good MBA colleges in Canada.
