195 is quite low,  you will not get a seat in government medical college under all india quota with your marks but you hold a chance under state quota,  lemme know your state of domicile so that I can help you  .

Sorry dear but you will not fetch a seat as last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for st category in Assam was 211 and it was for Tezpur Medical College, Tezpur.
