Hello Prem Satyam.
I am sorry to say but you might not get any college with this rank. But don't worry. You might try other colleges. Also cutoff changes every year. Cutoff depends on the no of candidates appearing for the paper and also the difficulty of the paper. So you may try your luck. Sit for the counselling and hope for the best.
