sorry, we not sure about our answer because you have not mentioned about your category and branch in which you are interested, but as per the previous rank cutoff that the college mentioned the seats were given only to the students below 27k where seeing from that it is little difficult to you to get seat but we can have belief cause trying costs nothing just try it by includng the college name in the counselling..they are chances for your seat which mostly depends upon your mode of interest towards the branch
