Hello Sandeep,

I think the chances are very slim in first counseling, keep it as your first preference but try to apply for at least ten more colleges. I got rank 4619 last year but did get Ece in JNTUk. My local rank was 301 and I am from bc-b. So there is almost no chance in first counseling. But if you dare to go for the second counseling the n there is a chance. But my advice is that take a good college first counseling. You might get cse in SRKR BHIVIMAVARAM.
