Hi vishwa.
You got 66 percentile in MHCET . There are some colleges in pune where you can get CS or IT , But those colleges do not include COEP, WADIA , AISSMS, BVCOE , VIT etc .
There are some other colleges which do not set there bar high .
Like kingston college of engineering, or Anant rao pawar college of engineering etc in which you can seek a seat . But that too is not sure. So just fill the form for counseling CAP round and see what happens.

That much percentile seems rather low for getting into top tier college in Pune and that also in CS and IT ,still keep your options open and apply everywhere .There is MIT WPU if all comes down to nothing .

I regret to inform you that with such a low score in mht cet you will not get into any colleges in pune for cs and it as now a days cs and it are tge most sought branches ever a below average college had a good closing cutoff for cs and it .

So if you are sure of pursuing your carrer in cs and it feild so you should either go for any other concelling or just take a yera drop so that you can work hard to get into prestigious college with your desired branch of passion .
