According to the information with a JEE Main percentile of 94 and an OBC-NCL rank of 25,000, getting admission to CSE at IIT Indore or newer IITs might be possible, but it will be quite competitive. The cutoffs for CSE at top IITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Madras are generally higher.
