I dnt think so you ca get Admission in Top colleges..
Because First thing the seats Under ALL india quota have very high merits & They will give First priority to MAHCET appered candidate..
& The cutoff goes To More than 99.5+ percentile..
still You can check previous year cutoff for MAT ecam Through CAP process.
I suggest you to appere for CAT next year & Get a good score in that will open a lots of doors for You
