For the academic year 2019-20 there is a relaxation given to minimum passing percentage for admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs due to corona. This might not be applicable for the academic year 2020-21. But yes, you can appear in JEE Main there is not minimum percentage that you need to obtain to appear in JEE Main but to get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs you need to score minimum 75% aggregate and for SC/ST it is 65% aggregate. But right now there is information regarding the minimum percentage criteria for admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs through JEE Main 2021.

Yes, you can appear for JEE Exams in 2021. Also, you can get admission in NIT'S and IIT'S once you get good percentile and rank.

You have one more year as a good oppourtunity. So, plan accordingly and prepare well. Go through the pattern and previous year question papers.
