Hi, so basically it doesn't matter if you haven't taken computer science in your 12th standard the only thing which is important is you should have Mathematics as a subject in your 12th.

If you do, you are eligible for various courses for software development/engineer. The courses you can pursue are BCA(Bachelor's Of Computer Application), BSC CS, BTech CS, etc.

You can become a software engineer if you have completed any of the above degrees.

Computer science is a great course to pursue and has a great market for jobs.

Computer science is very job oriented.
