So sorry for you my friend but looking at the competition going on it's a straight and a clear cut no, you can't get admission in government colleges I know it sounds harsh and rude but giving you any false promise would neither help you nor me. Those who got 500–550 even they are struggling in the all India quota's counselling to get a seat for themselves so, for you at this score you already know your fate by now. You can opt for the private colleges but the minimum tuition fees is somewhere around 50–60 lakhs. If you that much financially sound then you can go for private university.

Last year Mbbs cut off for general candidates in bihar under AIQ was 541 at govt Medical college Bettiah and under state quota was 533 at Darbhanga Medical college.
Cut off for BDS was 525 under state quota and 522 under AIQ at Patna dental college and hospital.
Going by previous years cut off It seems difficult to get a Mbbs or BDS seat at 377 in any government Medical and dental college.
