Hello Aspirant, 

TO increase knowledge , you need to focus on what youre not sure of. Since its an IT company, it is better to focus more on what the Industry expects and also getting updated to current scenario is much needed for knowledge improvement. Since you have a much better approach , i hope you focus on more  intended and less on least iintended.
