Anybody with minimum qualification of being 12th pass can go for CA but as you have already completed your graduation it will be a privilege for you. You do not need to give CA foundation level that is CPT you can directly go for second level of CA that is IPCC taken that :-

• You should have minimum of 55% in graduation if from commerce stream 
• Minimum 60% is required if from other streams 

Yes, you can do CA alongwith your job but I'll be difficult to manage other than that you can manage if you will to as there are no classes for CA you just need to give the exam but mostly people do coachings for it. Hope this might help you.

Doing CA after PGDM is a good option. Since you are a commerce graduate you might get exemption from CPT if you have scored minimmum 55% in your graduation or post graduation.
