Considering that you are a graduate, you are eligible for pursuing PGDM from any B school.
In order to improve your chances in getting into good schools you should appear for the entrance exams:
CAT
MAT
XAT
ATMA
Depending upon your selection of school. There is no age limit in pursuing PGDM. According to your marks in the entrance exams you will get selected.

There are a lot of students who after graduation drop studies and work for 2-3 years and after that persue PGDM or MBA for further studies.
Having Work experience, a student get special preference at the time of recruitment. So it's been a long time if you were doing job somewhere, you have got a good experience and your future is very bright in PGDM.
If you don't have any work experience, then if will be difficult for you further.
