Prashant, yes you can get admission in CS with your rank in COMEDK. Based on the cutoffs of previous years, you can take admission in the following colleges:-

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore
Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore

But the cutoffs may change depending on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper. So don't forget to try other colleges also.
