As per my knowledge, the application form for KCET 2020 in online mode and not offline mode. Therefore, if you by any chance had downloaded the application form on your phone then you can take a printed copy of it from the nearest stationery. Else, I don't think there is another way because online forms is already been closed in the month of June 2020.
