Dear aspirant
No you will be not eligible for taking admission IN NITs / IIITs / GFTIs.Candidates should have passed class 12th with a minimum of 75% marks or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination (65% for SC/ST candidates).
If you appear through your state board then you should under 20% percentile or otherwise you will be not eligible.

Sorry Devyani but you are not eligible for JEE-Main 2021 if you have not secured either 75% or more aggregate marks in class 12th or your position in the top 20 percentile in your respective board's result of 2020.
Because the relaxation criteria of 75% was given only for session 2019-20 not for session 2020-21.
