To get admission in BHMS or any of the AYUSH courses ,the first thing is that you need to qualify the Neet exam and the minimum qualifying score for Neet exam is 134 for unreserved category ,107 for reserved category and 120 for PH .
Since your score is 59 which is less than the minimum qualifying score so you do not qualify for NEET exam , hence you do not also qualify for BHMS which means that you cannot get admission in BHMS with this score.
