You have good rank in reservation category. You can apply for low ranked IIT campus. IIT campus accepts rank below 30. Here is some campus and it's respective previous year cutoff for OBC-NCL:-

1. Jabalpur IIIT:- 31-39
2. IIT Guwahati:- 14-29
