The link to download the admit card is still available on the neet pg website. Try to download it again if it allows you. In case not, you can check your email id and SMSes for the same. Here is the link for downloading the admit card:

In case nothing works, when the results release, it is likely that a link to forgot roll number etc. would be given. 

You can also call the helpline number which is 1800 266 7075; 1800 11 1700; 1800 11 1800 (Toll-Free) and email them at nbeexamhelpdesk@gmail.com and neetpg@nbe.edu.in
