Well, basing upon your rank in JEE MAINS, it seems like you may get admission into any of the NITs, IIITs, in core branches of engineering in Mumbai or Pune. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You may also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges for getting a good branch at the time of counseling.
