Hello student you should go with pink link or the option available in right wing of that window as that's for students who have applied for jee main. And if you didn't attend the examination that's another thing.
The life side or orange link is for student who are completely new to NTA jee website and filling the form first time jee main April examination.
Use the link mentioned below that will redirect you to official website.
https://testservices.nic.in/ExamSys/root/InstructionSecAttempt.aspx

JEE main April examination starts from 07th of February and shall remain open till 07th of March 2020.
