You may expect the newly formed NLUs but in newly formed NLUs too cut off ranks go upto 5000. Therefore chances are not bright but you may expect one of the newly formed NLUs except MNLU. 

Assuming you are from general category, as you haven't mentioned, with 101 marks, your predicted rank is in between 1924-2624 in the general merit list. Your marks are low to be considered in the top NLUs in the country as per previous years' trends till the 1st cutoff.
