You have a very good score in JEE Mains and congratulation for performing exceptionally. Since this year cutoff has not been released yet by IIIT, Hyderabad. I am sharing with you previous year cutoff to give you more visibility:-

As per the previous trend you may just miss CSE branch by a whisker and you can easily get into ECE. However, I suggest you to wait until counselling process ends, because cutoff tend to vary each year depending on the number of candidates ,difficulty level of examination and number of seat available.
