Dear Vijay, we will answer your Question 2, first. NEET is mandatory for studying Medicine in India. Along with NEET, we also have AIIMS and JIPMER as entrance examinations. Lets say if you want to study Medicine in India, but want to practise abroad, you have to appear for NEET. Now Question 1, to be able to appear for NEET, you should have completed your 12th or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as your core subjects. Now if you haven't studied Physics, you can take up Physics as an additional subject and then appear for NEET. 

Dear aspirant, the eligibility criteria for neet is minimum 50% aggregate in 12th class for ur category from recognised board with subjects required are physics, chemistry and maths. So without physics as your subject you are not eligible for neet exam.
