For the exams it depends upon which college you want to get in. Different colleges accept different exams for admission. You can even give both the exams. So decide which college you want to get in. 

Between finance and marketing both are the best for MBA. If you are looking for higher salary finance offers slightly more salary but the difference is very minor. Also if you want to increase your chances the number of jobs for marketing are more than finance. Hope this is helpful to you.
