Dear aspirant,

EWS Certificate or any other Reservation Category Caste Certificate is issued for every year because income of the individual changes from year to year or for a particular period of time.

EWS Category of the candidates can be State Government issued certificate or Central Government issued certificate. EWS Certificate of Central Government issued varies from one which State Government issues because each State have different castes and different set of criteria for Reservation Categories.

So, if you apply for a EWS Certificate and submit it for any purpose of Education and then later if family income varies or increases for next year then EWS Certificate is issued freshly if you still eligible for it or less not.

May this information was useful to you.

Best of Luck!!
