Hello,

No, there is no other specific course. You have already done engineering and that is enough for eligibility. Now doing ETO will give an added advantage but if you want to get selected then you will have to go through online entrance exam procedure and if you can crack the exam then you can get selected in as an electrical engineer on ship.
