You can appear in CLAT 2019.The eligibility criteria to appear in CLAT is:

1.Candidates should have passed higher secondary school/Intermediate or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks.

Hey.

Yes student from every stream is eligible to appear for CLAT. You can appear even if you belong to the Biology group. You need to score a minimum aggregate of atleast 45% marks in your 12th boards or equivalent qualifying exam in order to be eligible.
