Usually mock allocation are based on previous year's closing ranks and therefore, should not be taken lightly. Re-check that your options 1-4 are achievable based on your category and rank. If you are sure that you will be allotted options 1-4 in successive rounds, then only keep them otherwise it is advised that you change your preference order, based on your choice.
