 If you get a seat in 7th round then you don't need to go to a reporting centre, you can directly go to the institute where you got the seat for further admission formalities.

Now as you got alloted with your college now you have to report at the alloted institute for further process if you had not float your choice filling but if you had floated your choice filling then now first you have to report at reporting center to freeze then report at the alloted institute .
