Yes, you can do llb after graduation. The admission process of college is different for different colleges. Some of the colleges take direct admission on clasd 12th marks some take admission through the  law entrance test like CLAT, SLAT, AILET, law mh - cet etc. The date to apply for the llb entrance exam has been closed for many entrance exam.

So before selecting the colleges you should check that the admission is taken through which procedure, and the last date to apply for the college. You can apply of you fullfill all the other eligibility criteria of the college.
