Make sure your EWS certificate is valid (not expired) and issued by a competent authority. It should clearly mention EWS under the Central Government scheme.

Carry these for safety during physical verification: Original EWS certificate (central)

Aadhar card. Go early on the physical verification day. Be polite and clear with the officials. If they hesitate, request them to accept your documents provisionally and allow time for correction (if needed).
