Dear Vinaya, you havent mentioned your Category or the State you hold domicile of. This year yge cut offs went way higher. If you belong to General Category or OBC Category, 516 is a very less score. But if you belong to SC,ST, you have a fair chance at the college of the State that you hold domicile of. For All India Counselling, irrespective of the Category  516 is a less score.
