Hii janardan Sarkar,1.if you want to study at IIT then IIT Dhanbad and IIT Roorkee is the best option for you Since it has the best faculty and Placement opportunities and Average Salary would be around 11-13 LPA.2.if you want to study at NIT then NIT Meghalaya and NIT Agartala would be the best option for you.Note: When we Compare  NIT Arunachal Pradesh is not as good as above Mentioned Colleges So Don't Choose NIT Arunachal Pradesh. Hii, Janardan Sarkar,you Can give it a try for IIT Delhi, and IIT Madras and they take Students by an interview after GATE and I'm not assuring you that you can get into one of them Since 381 is very low Score, So try for IISC also where seats are based on direct admissions, Hope it helps!
