Congratulations for getting 520 in NEET With regards to your query, there is a low to moderate chance of getting a government seat in Haryana as the previous year's cut-off was above 550.The cut-off depends on the difficulty of the paper and the highest score, so it can vary. Though you shouldn't lose hope, you should however apply for private medical colleges as well
