I think you are talking about IPU cut off. I checked last year second cut off of BBA in IPU and for Delhi general candidates the cut off is:

Maharaja Surajmal Institute, C 4 Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058

 Min Rank - 31, Max Rank – 619

Maharaja Surajmal Institute, C 4 Janak Puri, New Delhi 110058 2nd Shift (Timing 12:30 pm to 07:00 pm)

Min Rank - 983, Max Rank - 2030
