Hello Maheshwari !!

In 2018 the cut off for Government medical college for MBBS was 406 and BDS was 295 for ST category.
This year the cut off is going to increase by at least 20-30 marks .
With a low score of 196 ,even with ST quota reservation it is not possible to get admission in any government college .
It will be difficult to get management quota as well.
What your sister can do is can try for private medical colleges .
Wish her all the best .
Hope this helps.

The expected cut off for ST is 120+ ...so she may get in BAMS or BHMS .
