Hello Aman goyal, hope you are doing well.
Sorry but you cannot get admission into IIT College through jee mains marks.for getting admission into IIT College you have to clear jee advance exam with good marks.and for being eligible for giving IIT JEE exam you must have clear jee mains . And seeing last year cutoff of general category you are not clearing cutoff.so try to give best in April attempt.
