God knows why it's so tough to conduct counselling. After BCI released list, AP is conducting counselling. Today without issues. Not sure why TS is incapable of conducting counselling.

What is ur category ? 3 yr or 5 yr ?

Either way u have very good chNce of admission. It's almost 100% certain. 

But why don't u prefer padala rr or pendekanti ?

It would be tough to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities as the cutoff varies every year and it depends on the various factor like No. of candidates appeared for the exam, Difficulty level of the exam etc. I would suggest you to try with this score as possibilities can be there.
