Hi there. In response to your query it would be heavily dependent on how much stray marks are their on the omr sheet and also were the stray marks close to any crucial information to be scanned. Heavy stray marks close to circling the omr are highly ill advised and could cause potential problems, if that is not the case it should be fine otherwise.
