And you are Just having your studies in Mumbai.
Then the place where you have bornn or  the place where you have permanent residence is known as domicile state.
.
You can be called Mumbai domicile if someone from your family living there more then 30 years.
.
Ask your parents,do they have domicile certificate If yes then you belong to that particular State.If not as per said above points, Choose your domicile State.

Generally to get any states domicile certificate the person has to fulfill following eligibility criteria :-

1.Has to born in that particular state

2.Has to study atleast some starting classes here

So, as per your case i think you will easily get the domicile of AP as compared to Mumbai. But still, maybe you have to struggle a bit for this and even need to pay some extra charges.
